It is hard to believe, but this will be my tenth year in Greenville County School. I graduated from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I went on to get my Master's Degree in Literacy from Furman University,  which gave me a K-12 Literacy Endorsement, Literacy Coach Certification, and makes me highly qualified to teach literacy in South Carolina. My teaching career began at Alexander Elementary, where I taught fourth grade, and served as a reading interventionist. For the past four years I have served as the Literacy Specialist at Monaview Elementary. This year, I  am excited to step into the role of Instructional Coach!

When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my little girl, cooking, decorating, trying new restaurants, and of course going to Clemson football games!
