My name is Emma Bolton and this is my 9th year teaching at Brushy Creek.  I grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, but I love being able to call Greenville my home. I graduated from Furman University with a degree in Elementary Education. Then I went back and earned my Master's in Early Childhood Education in 2019.  I spent my first five years teaching 4th grade and the last two years teaching Kindergarten. I am excited to teach first grade again this year! 

I met my husband, Kyle, here in Greenville.  We have two dogs, Summer and Rainey. We welcomed a little boy, David, to our family in February and I spent the summer soaking up time as a new mom.
