Go Gamecocks!
My name is Emma Bolton and I've been teaching at Brushy Creek for the past 7 years. I grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, but I love being able to call Greenville my home. I graduated from Furman University with a degree in Elementary Education. Then I went back and earned my Master's in Early Childhood Education in 2019. I spent my first five years teaching 4th grade and the last two years teaching Kindergarten. I am excited to teach first grade this year!
I met my husband, Kyle, here in Greenville. We have two dogs, Summer and Rainey. Kyle has turned me into a Gamecock fan and we try to make it to each home football game in the fall. In my free time I serve as the Member Development advisor for the Eta Phi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at Furman. I enjoy going for walks on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with our dogs and wondering the aisles at Target or smelling all of the candles at TJ Maxx. I love going to cooking classes at The Cooks Station and you'll always find fresh flowers in my home!
