Hi there! My name is Lauren Murray and I’m so excited to be your child’s teacher this year. This will be my first year teaching and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I was born and raised in Greenville, and after 5 years living in Ohio, I am finally back home! I graduated from Miami University in the Spring of 2025 from the College of Education, Health, and Society. 

In my classroom I foster an encouraging, welcoming, and inclusive environment in which all students thrive. Outside of the classroom you can find me at the nearest coffee shop or taking my dogs for a walk on the swamp rabbit trail. 

I look forward to getting to know you and your child during this school year!

¡Hola! Me llamo Lauren Murray y estoy encantada de ser la maestra de su hijo/a este año. Este será mi primer año ejerciendo la docencia y no podría estar más emocionada. Nací y crecí en Greenville y, tras vivir cinco años en Ohio, ¡por fin he vuelto a casa! Me gradué en la primavera de 2025 de la Facultad de Educación, Salud y Sociedad de la Universidad de Miami (Miami University).

En mi aula, fomento un ambiente alentador, acogedor e inclusivo donde todos los estudiantes prosperan. Fuera de clase, pueden encontrarme en la cafetería más cercana o paseando a mis perros por el sendero Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Hi! My name is Ms. Jones. This is my second year at Grove Elementary and my 30th year in Education. I am so excited to be a part of your child’s growth and learning experience. As we observed their transformation we will cheer and praise those accomplishments. What an amazing year this is going to be!

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my two sons, attending church and teaching a neighborhood Bible Study. I love music and may be found singing a melody as I stroll through the hallways of Grove.

Me entusiasma mucho formar parte del crecimiento y la experiencia de aprendizaje de su hijo. Cuando no estoy en la escuela, disfruto pasar tiempo con mis dos hijos, asistir a la iglesia y dirigir un grupo de estudio bíblico en el vecindario. Me encanta la música, y es posible encontrarme tarareando alguna melodía mientras camino por los pasillos de Grove.
