About Me

Hello, my name is Amanda Franklin. I graduated in May 2023 from Bob Jones University with a Bachelor of Science degree in middle school mathematics education after transferring from Millikin University. 

I was born and raised in Mahomet, IL. I love sports, and I have played 6 sports competitively, several of those continuing into college. I love helping others, especially with math, and I look forward to building positive relationships with each of my students, and helping them grow in their math skills. 

Fun facts: I have done a wheelie on a dirt bike, I love ice cream, my basketball nickname is Magic Mandy, I love the beach, I'm very competitive, and my favorite meal is breakfast. 

SAD day 2023 my homeroom students were the champions of the dodgeball tournament.
