About the Teacher Bio

My name is Mrs. Harmon. I have been teaching for 30 years, but every school year is a new and exciting adventure. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computing Mathematics, as well as a Masters in Education.  I am looking forward to getting to know you and helping you discover the world of computer science.  I teach AP Computer Science Principles and PLTW - Computer Science Essentials.

My husband and I have two wonderful children.  My son just graduated from Mauldin High School in 2020, and my daughter graduated from Mauldin High School in 2026.  Our family includes three cats, Myah, Scruffy, and Bingle, and two dogs, Dexter and Delta.
