About Me

My name is Mrs. Harmon. I have been teaching for 29 years, but every school year is a new and exciting adventure. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computing Mathematics, as well as a Masters in Education.  I am looking forward to getting to know you and helping you discover the world of computer science.  I teach AP Computer Science A, AP Computer Science Principles, and PLTW - Computer Science Essentials.

My husband and I have two wonderful children.  My son just graduated from Mauldin High School in 2020.  My daughter is a 12th grader at Mauldin High School.  Our family includes three cats, Myah, Scruffy, and Bingle, and two dogs, Dexter and Delta.
