Introduction

Hello, Hola, and 안녕하세요. I love to study languages. I graduated from the College of Education and Human Development at George Mason University and received a MA in Curriculum and Instruction in 2013. I have taught in Virginia, and internationally in South Korea and Namibia. I am fluent in Spanish and am working on enhancing my Korean and ASL skills. I hope to be a positive role model to my students who are also learning another language, and a realization that through hard work and dedication, many things are possible.

Philosophy

All children are capable of success. As an educator, it is my belief that there are many paths to reach one's potential. I strive to develop meaningful activities that are both practical and enhance my students' capabilities in the English language.

"Don't just dream of success; create a plan and act upon it! Your momentum creates the door upon which opportunity knocks."- quote by Steve Maraboli
