Hi! I am Jessica Burton. This is my 8th year teaching and my 4th year at Simpsonville Elementary. My last 3 years here, I served as a math interventionist for grades three through five.

I graduated from South Carolina State University in 2014 with my Bachelor's degree in elementary education. In 2021, I graduated from Winthrop University with my Master's degree in Special Education Intervention. Before coming to SES, I taught 3rd and 4th grade at an elementary school in Washington, DC.

I have a 6 year old daughter, Mykaela. We enjoy reading books, going to the park, and coloring.

I am so excited for this school year, and I can't wait to learn more about you and your families!
