Meet Your Teachers

Hello, My name is Mrs. Long. I am so excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher this year! We are going to have so much fun together and learn so many new things. I am so honored to have the opportunity to be a part of your child's educational journey!

Education

 I received my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from USC Upstate. I have been teaching for 4 years (3rd grade, 4K and Kindergarten). 

About Me

After spending the last 13 years in Charleston, my husband and I moved back upstate to Simpsonville, SC with our son Braylan, 9 and our weenie dog, Olive, who is 10.  Braylan is in the 4th grade with us at SES! We love being with family, traveling, trying new restaurants, and hanging out on the ball field watching Braylan play baseball. I also enjoy drinking coffee, doing arts and crafts, and binging a good Netflix series.

I can't wait to get to know your child this school year and embark on this fun adventure that is Kindergarten!

Also in our classroom is our teacher's assistant, mrs. Adams. Mrs. Adams was born and raised in Simpsonville, SC and has spent the last 16 years in Greenville County School District. She lives with her husband and together they have 3 beautiful children. Mrs. Adams loves to garden and has quite the green thumb! She also loves cooking a big family meal on Sundays. She has a passion for children and makes our classroom so much better!
