Mission Statement:

Our mission is to prepare students to become competent and responsible individuals by providing comprehensive social, emotional, college and career preparedness.

Vision Statement:

Our vision is that the School Counselor will provide an environment of safety, security, encouragement, and warmth to enable ALL Cashion students to work to reach their fullest potential in the areas of academic, career, and personal development.

Counseling Belief Statements:

We believe the school counselor’s role is to provide a data-driven, developmental counseling program to meet the needs of ALL students through a core counseling curriculum, individual student planning, responsive services, and system support.

We believe that ALL students can learn and achieve academic excellence when encouraged and nurtured in a respectful environment.

We believe that fostering ALL students' social and emotional well-being will encourage success.

We believe the school counseling program will promote an understanding of and respect of self and others; problem-solving and decision-making; and emotional-management skills.
