All About Me

Welcome to my class! My name is Lauren Conner and I'm so excited to be in my 7th year teaching at Oakview! I actually grew up in the Greenville area and attended Oakview myself from 2nd to 5th grade! I love being an Oakview Owl.

I started out at Erskine College playing lacrosse, but ended up graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Early Childhood Education (go tigers)!! I love most sports (especially Clemson football) and even played club lacrosse at Clemson. I also enjoy reading, painting, crafts, and exercising (occasionally). I also love everything to do with children and teaching!

My husband's name is Daniel and we live in a little house near downtown Greenville.

We have a labradoodle named Ollie!

I'm so happy to have your child in my class. The kids are the reason I love coming to work in the morning. I know this year will be filled with fun, memories, friendships, and LOTS of learning! Thank you for your time and I'm so happy to have your help in building a strong foundation for your child's education and future!
