School Counselor
Welcome! I am thrilled to serve as the school counselor for our 8th grade students. This is my fourth year as a school counselor, and I have been working in education for seven years. I am passionate about supporting middle schoolers during this unique and sometimes challenging transition time—helping them navigate academic, personal, and emotional growth while preparing for the exciting journey ahead in high school.
I believe that every student deserves a safe space to be heard, supported, and encouraged. My goal is to partner with students, families, and staff to ensure that each student has the tools and confidence they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my family—my husband, our daughter, and our two pups! When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me hiking, enjoying the outdoors, or playing soccer. I feel so fortunate to work with such an amazing group of students and families, and I look forward to getting to know you!

All 8th grade students will complete a student led individualized graduation plan. The purpose of the meeting is to have students start thinking about future career/college goals, start talking about future high school level classes, and share high school information. This meeting is held between the student, the parent/guardian, and a school counselor.
