Meet Mrs. S
π Welcome to the Yellow Brick Road of 4th Grade with Mrs. Sullivan! π
Hello, and welcome! If you've looked at the picture above, you've probably already discovered a few clues about some of my favorite things. My name is Kim Sullivan, and I'm excited to begin my 25th year in education! I've spent the past four years as part of the amazing Skyland Elementary family. Before that, I taught at Lake Forest Elementary, Chandler Creek Elementary, and Cook Elementary in Georgia.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University (Go Blazers! π₯) and my master's degree from Clemson University in 2015. I am certified in Elementary Education, Middle Grades Math, and ESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) in South Carolina.
π§Ί A Little About My Life Beyond the Emerald City
I'm married to Paul, a software engineer, and we have two wonderful adult daughters. Kaitlyn is a talented artist and cake decorator, and Karlee is studying musical theater at my alma mater, Valdosta State University. π
Our family enjoys spending time together, attending church, seeing live performances, and celebrating our shared love of music and theater.
