I grew up in Simpsonville, SC where I attended Plain Elementary, Bryson Middle School, and Hillcrest High School. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and Master's Degree in Education from Anderson University. This will be my 16th year teaching and eighth year teaching 2nd grade at Fork Shoals!

My husband, Eric, and I have been married for 15 years. We have a 14 year old daughter named Emma Grace who is in 9th grade at Woodmont High School. We also have a 8 year old daughter named Hanna Kate who is in 3rd grade at Fork Shoals School. Our family enjoys cheering on the Clemson Tigers, going to our local library, traveling, and just spending time together.
