I grew up in Simpsonville, SC where I attended Plain Elementary, Bryson Middle School, and Hillcrest High School. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and Master's Degree in Education from Anderson University. This will be my 18th year teaching and tenth year teaching 2nd grade at Fork Shoals!

My husband, Eric, and I have been married for 17 years. We have a 16 year old daughter named Emma Grace who is in 11th grade at Woodmont High School. We also have a 10 year old daughter named Hanna Kate who is in 5th grade at Fork Shoals School. Our family enjoys cheering on the Clemson Tigers, going to our local library, traveling, and just spending time together.
