Hello Families! 

My name is Kelsey Norris, and I will be your child’s 2nd-grade teacher this year. I am looking forward to an exciting school year! 

This will be my ninth year teaching at East North Street Academy! I can’t wait to get to know each of your children and watch them progress throughout the school year!

I am a Greenville County native, as I have lived in Taylors my entire life. I am a product of the Greenville County School system and a proud graduate of Wade Hampton High School- GO GENERALS!!! I hold a Bachelor's of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a Master's of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. I am highly qualified to teach your children! 

Teaching is my passion, I don’t know what I would do if I weren’t a teacher! I enjoy teaching children as well as learning from them. I am a strong believer that we never stop learning, so I will continue taking classes to stay current with the best practices to teach your children. 

In my free time, I enjoy making trips to the lake, cooking, and binge-watching Netflix. I love being a mom to my son, Hudson, and daughter, Caroline. I am married to my sweet husband, Kenny. We have three animals at home, a cat (Clyde) and two dogs (Zoey and Maggie). I love all things that are green, it is my FAVORITE color! Oh, and I like lions! :)
