Issue: Is the Chromebook not working properly? Pages closing, site not loading. These issues can usually be solved in the classroom by troubleshooting with the information on this site. Student should only leave class for issues if all troubleshooting tips have been tried.
Repair: There is something physically BROKEN on your Chromebook-- cracked screen, missing key, touch pad not working. Repairs require a visit to the Media Center. Students Chromebooks are limited to ONE warranty repair. After this repair, the student will be referred to their grade level administrator.
