Hey Gator Family!  I'm Katherine Harmon!  I am so excited to be starting my 3rd year here at Rudolph Gordon!  My husband, Brian, and I live in Fountain Inn with our two spunky girls, Leila Kate-11 and Sydney-5.  In our free time we enjoy boating, Clemson football, and spending time with our family and friends.  Leila Kate and Sydney are both here at Rudolph Gordon!  Leila Kate is in 6th grade and Sydney is in kindergarten.  Leila Kate plays volleyball and Sydney is into gymnastics.   Brian loves golfing and I enjoy shopping and pampering myself.

I have a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from The University of South Carolina Upstate and M. Ed in Literacy with a focus in coaching from Clemson University.  I am entering year 12 in education.  I have taught in Greenville County for the past 9 years.  I started my education career in Laurens County 56 in Clinton where I taught for 2 years.  I have taught kindergarten, first grade, and third grade.

My favorite thing about being an educator is building relationships with students and their families, teaching children to read, and watching them thrive as learners.
