All About Me!

A little about Ms. Knowles:

I am originally from New Jersey and will always be a Jersey girl at heart! I grew up 10 minutes from the Jersey Shore and miss being able to go to the beach daily.  I have a boxer mix puppy named Roxy, whom I rescued, and three beautiful nieces (Isabella, Sophia, and Olivia)!

I attended college at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I studied elementary and special education. I started my career in New Jersey, where I taught for 4 1/2 years in an elementary, special education classroom. I then moved to South Carolina, where I taught in a middle school. I transferred to Hillcrest High School, and am starting my 5th year here!

My favorite food is pizza; I love a crispy Diet coke. The beach is my favorite place in the entire world. I love new adventures and trying new restaurants that pop up here in Greenville. I love to travel and have recently traveled to Greece, Scotland, Morocco, Spain, and Amsterdam!  I already have some future trips planned. 

I look forward to the new school year and helping our seniors walk across that stage! 🙃
