Hi!  My name is Sherryan Yarbrough. I have worked with young children in various settings including public/private schools, Head-Start and full-time foster care.   I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Lenoir-Rhyne college and a master's degree in divinity from SE Seminary. I also have a Masters + 30 certification with a concentration in literacy teaching and literacy coaching.

My son, Eli, and I started at Blythe together in 2007!  I am still at Blythe, and Eli went on to graduate from Clemson.  He is currently in Nashville, TN pursuing a career as a country music artist. My husband, Dan, is a Lutheran pastor. We have a sweet mini-schnauzer,  Hunny.

I am excited to learn with your child during this school year!

I am Tammy Simms. This is my 21st year in education. All of my years have been here at Blythe Academy. I have three grown children, and three grandchildren. My favorite things to do are  spending time with family, and I love the beach, and the lake. 

My favorite color is teal. My favorite soda is Dr. Pepper. My favorite junk food is Reese's cups. My favorite restaurant is Red Lobster. My favorite place to shop is Belk. I am very excited about this year, I cannot wait to help your child succeed and for us to learn together this year!
