About Me

My name is Katie Gravely, and I am excited to be your teacher this year! I am a 2014 graduate of Wade Hampton High school and enjoy teaching in a community that is so familiar to me. This is my seventh year at Wade Hampton (and eighth overall). I earned my Bachelor's degree in Middle Level and Secondary English Education from North Greenville University in 2018, and my Master's degree in Trauma-Informed Education from Columbia College in 2022. In addition to teaching, I am also the assistant varsity coach for our women’s soccer team. When I’m not teaching or coaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, Weston (4) and Wyatt (1).
