About

I am originally from South Carolina and I have spent most of my life in the upstate area.  I have been teaching for many  years both in the public schools and private voice and piano lessons.  Music has always been a huge part of my life, even from a young age.   I love singing, particularly opera, and I enjoy playing the piano as well.  

I received my Bachelor of Music from the University of South Carolina in Music Education with an emphasis in Vocal Performance and Piano.  I attended Converse College and completed a Master of Music in Vocal Performance. 

During my free time, I enjoy ice skating,  swimming, and spendng time with my husband and our families!
