Mrs. Kate Fogleman: I am excited to begin my 15th year teaching at Lake Forest and my fifth year in kindergarten. Previously, I taught special education for 10 years at Lake Forest. I graduated from Clemson with degrees in special education, elementary education, and early childhood education, and I have my Masters from Clemson with a degree in early childhood special education. I am from Greenville and have lived here all my life. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family: my husband Scott, our almost 2 year old daughter Gracie, and our old lady cat, George. I also enjoy riding and showing horses and cheering on the Clemson tigers. I believe the best part of teaching and working with children is watching them learn, grow, and reach their goals. I certainly chose a rewarding field!
Mrs. Darlene Caviness: This is my 9th year working at Lake Forest and my fifth year in Kindergarten. Previously, I worked as an assistant both in special education and K4. I was born and raised in Greenville and graduated from Wade Hampton High School. My husband Jeff and I have 2 kids, Anna and Robert, as well as 2 dogs, Taco and Sadie. When I am not at school, I enjoy taking walks, cooking, and hanging out at the pool and beach whenever I can make it there.
