About Me

PERSONAL INFORMATION

I was born in Greenville and have lived in this area my whole life except for my years in college and graduate school. I am married to Scott and have three children and one dog.

EDUCATION

I graduated from Presbyterian College, and went to University of Georgia for my Masters in Art Education.

CAREER

I taught art at Reidville Elementary in Spartanburg District Five for five years, then took time off to be at home with my children. This is my tenth year teaching in Greenville County. In the summers I have enjoyed teaching art camps at the Greenville County Museum of Art, the Fine Arts Center, and CCES.

INTERESTS

In my free time I am usually spending time with my family. When I have time to myself I enjoy painting, working in the yard, traveling with family, and playing tennis.
