Dear Families,
Welcome to 2nd Grade! I am very excited to be taking this journey with you and your child! I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself.
My name is Kyle Jackson. I was born and raised here in Greenville, South Carolina all my life! I currently live in Taylors with my wife, Melanie, and we our celebrating our 12th year wedding anniversary this Sunday August 13th . We are also the very proud parents of our 5yr old daughter Whitney, and 8 month old baby girl Khloe. I received my Bachelors in Child Development from Claflin University. I also had the pleasure of attending Converse College where I obtained my Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching. I have been with Greenbrier for 9 years now, this will be my fifth year teaching 2nd. I look forward to enjoying getting to know my students this year and want you to know that we are in this together, I am here to help you in any way that I can and will be calling on you to help me as best as you can as well. Our total goal is to provide our students with the most enjoyable, safest and beneficial school year as possible and like many people say, “Team work makes the Dream work”!

Please DO NOT email me to let me know your child’s transportation has changed for the end of the day. Instead, call the office to inform them so they can alert me of any changes before your child leaves for the day.
