Parent Backpack

Backpack will be used school-wide this year to communicate with parents/guardians. Greenville High has created this webpage (and step-by-step instructions) to help you with the process if you have not created your account yet.

Grading Scale

The grading scale is that set by the Greenville County School District:

A = 90 - 100

B = 80 - 89

C = 70 - 79

D = 60 - 69

F = 59 and below

Late Work Policy

Honors Work Policy

• • • Minor Assignments - 10 points will be deducted for each day the assignment is late for 5 days. After the 5th day, the assignment will remain a 0.

    • Major Assignments - 10 points will be deducted for each day the assignment is late for 5 days. Students can complete the assignment until a week prior to the date grades are due for a maximum of a 50.

CP Work Policy

• • • For major and minor assignments, 10 points will be deducted for each day the assignment is late.  Students can complete assignments through the end of the unit for a maximum of a 60. Students can complete assignments after the end of a unit, for a max of a 50. Assignments may be turned in until a week prior to the date grades are due.
