Mr. Thompson Website

Welcome to my class! My name is Mr. Thompson and I graduated from Lander University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Art in 2007. In 2008 I received my Master of Arts Teaching and have been teaching at Mauldin High School since 2010. I was the Mauldin JV head basketball coach for 5 years, and am currently an assistant coach for the boys soccer team.

I am really excited to welcome you to my classroom this year, and look forward to a year of creativity and collaboration. Together, we'll explore the foundations of Visual Arts and Art History while applying the skills taught in the classroom to create multidisciplinary works of art.
