Hi!  I'm Jennifer Stokes, and I am THRILLED to be your child's third grade teacher this year!  This is my thirtieth year at Pelham Road Elementary!  I have previously taught fourth and fifth grades here.  I have also taught middle school math and language arts.

I am a Greenville native, and I attended Mauldin High School.  I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Elementary Education from Furman University.  An interesting fact about me is that I double majored in Education and Music (piano) as an undergraduate student.

      I have three amazing children!  Ryan is in college at Greenville Tech for Civil Engineering.  Shelby starts Anderson University this year and plans to major in Music Education with an emphasis on viola/strings.  Savannah got engaged recently to a Marine, and her wedding will be next summer.   All three are former Pelham Roaders.

In my free time, I love to read and listen to music.   I also enjoy walking, watching movies and Netflix series (especially crime documentaries and dramas), and spending time with my children.
