Joy Powell

Welcome! 

My name is Joy Powell and this is my third year teaching here at Greer Middle School.  I was born in the Philippines but moved to Greer when I was 6. I grew up here and even attended Greer Middle and Greer High!

I'm so excited to meet the students for this upcoming year.  Each year is a new adventure, and I can't wait to help my students learn as scholars and grow and mature as people.

I have a wonderful daughter who will be 9 later this year. In our free time, we enjoy reading, eating, traveling, and being with our family and friends.
