Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. I am originally from Tennessee, but have lived in South Carolina since 2014. I graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2014 with a Master's in Special Education, and from Clemson in 2022 with a Doctorate in Special Education. I have worked with individuals with varying disabilities since 2008 in settings which include group homes, residential homes, special education classrooms, a sheltered workshop, and an inclusive performing arts program, I taught for 4 years at ClemsonLIFE, which is an inclusive post-secondary program for students with disabilities housed on the campus of Clemson University. This is my 9th year as a classroom teacher, and my 5th year at Berea High. In my spare time I enjoy going to concerts, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
