Hello and welcome to my website! I am happy to be the prekindergarten (K4) teacher along with Mrs. Lee. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I graduated from Bob Jones University in 2018 with my Early Childhood Education degree. I graduated in May of 2023 from Clemson University with my masters degree in Literacy. I am starting my 8th year of teaching at TEK and in Greenville County. Prior to teaching K4, I taught 1st grade and kindergarten. I am excited to start my 4th year in K4 and help all students be prepared for kindergarten and beyond. While I was earning my undergrad degree, I had the opportunity to be in several different schools (both public and charter schools). I had the opportunity to student teach at another Title 1 school, and I loved every minute I was there. I am thrilled to continue my teaching at TEK and look forward to a wonderful year serving your child and family.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy relaxing in my own home. In addition, I enjoy shopping and walking around in various stores like Ross, TJ Maxx, and Burlington. Sometimes, I get me a nice drink from Starbucks to enjoy while I am out or at home. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends that are dear to me.Â
