Our season is from November to April. We practice twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays with competitions on certain weekends.

This is a competitive sport that requires movement, coordination, and rhythm. You do not need experience to come tryout so everyone is welcome. This is a great way to exercise, make friends, and learn some new skills.
