Your Child's Teacher

Hi, my name is Julia Ettari. I graduated from The College of Charleston in 1984. This is my 38th year of teaching, I have been at Monaview for 34 years. My husband and I have two sons, three dogs and one cat. I am “highly qualified” to teach at Monaview Elementary according to Federal Requirements. I received my Undergraduate degree from The College of Charleston. This year I am a Reading Interventionist.
