Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I'm excited to begin my 5th year here as a Southside Tiger. I am a product of Greenville County Schools (Woodmont High C/O 2010). After high school I attended the University of South Carolina and graduated with a degree in Business Administration in May 2014. I also have my masters in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. I'm a huge car enthusiast, and I'm a fan of all Gamecock sports teams (also root for the UNC Tar Heels during college basketball season).  In professional sports I root for the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, and Atlanta Braves. 

In my free time I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. In May of 2019 I married my wife, who works as a labor and delivery nurse for Prisma Health. Before teaching, I spent majority of my career working in sales management, substitute teaching, and automotive manufacturing before deciding to switch careers through the PACE program. Along with teaching, I am one of the assistant coaches for the varsity boys basketball team, and have been a member of the boy's basketball coaching staff here at Southside for the past 5 seasons.
