🔄 MAJOR GRADE REDO–RETAKE PROCEDURE
READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE RETAKE–REDO FORM
A REDO/RETAKE is an opportunity to learn from mistakes, correct your understanding, and demonstrate improved mastery of the Science concepts.
✅ RETAKE ELIGIBILITY
Before requesting a Retake, you MUST:
☐ Review your original assessment and identify your mistakes.
☐ Complete all required Test Corrections.
☐ Turn in your completed Test Corrections to Ms. Jigna.
☐ Complete the REDO–RETAKE Google Form in Google Classroom or on Ms. Jigna’s website.
⚠️ Do NOT submit the REDO–RETAKE Form until your required corrections have been completed and turned in.
📝 ABOUT THE RETAKE
The Retake will:
Be a NEW VERSION of the original assessment.
Assess the same major concepts and standards.
Require you to demonstrate that you have learned from your mistakes.
Be graded according to the class REDO/RETAKE policy.

A Retake is not simply a second chance. It is an opportunity to:
Learn → Correct → Practice → Demonstrate Mastery
Students are responsible for completing all required corrections and preparation before taking a Retake.
