Hi everyone, I’m Mrs. Gina Blasabas! I come from Cebu, the oldest city in the Philippines, where I raised my two wonderful children with my husband.
I earned my science education degree from Saint Theresa's College and have spent the last 30 years doing what I love most: teaching. Fourteen of those years were at Saint Scholastica's Academy, followed by 15 years at the University of San Jose–Recoletos, and my first year in the U.S. at Berea Middle School.
Now entering my 31st year in the classroom, I am so grateful to join the Tanglewood Middle School team. I can't wait to learn, adapt, and share new cultural and teaching experiences with all of you. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly!

I have two wonderful children. My son is training to become a seaman and is currently completing his apprenticeship, while my daughter is studying at Tanglewood, the school where I currently teach in the United States. I am blessed with a loving husband, who is here with me in the United States.
