My name is Heidi Joy Wile and I am so excited to be teaching Math 8. I have taught grades 2, 4, and 5 in the Elementary setting, 6, 7, and 8 Math in the middle school setting, Algebra I, as well as ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) in grades K - 8. In addition, I have worked with international students at the college level.
My children and grandchildren give my life such joy. My oldest daughter, Sara, has four children- Destiny, Rigo, Giovanni, and baby Olivia, who live nearby in Simpsonville. My daughter, Christiana, lives in Boone, North Carolina, with her husband, son, Thor, and two fur babies. Harrison, my son, is studying architecture at Clemson University (GO TIGERS!). Annaleisa, my youngest daughter, attends Brashier Middle College Charter High School.
I enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with my children and grandchildren.
