About Me

Hello! My name is Heather Nash. This is my 15th year teaching in Greenville County Schools. I grew up attending schools in Greenville County. I taught in Laurens County for 7 years. This is my 21st year teaching Elementary General Music and Chorus. I received my undergraduate degree in Music Education from Winthrop University. I received my Master's Degree from Converse College. I am a National Board Certified Teacher in Elementary Music. I am married with two sons and one daughter. I also love animals and I have 4 "furry friends" at home. Hershey is a mini dachshund who is spoiled rotten. Hallie is another dachshund who loves to have her belly rubbed. O'Malley is our rescued Irish Setter who loves to have his back rubbed. Guinness is our Gordon Setter who loves to fetch.

I enjoy reading, sewing, crafts, etc. Music has been a big part of my life since I was a little girl. I began taking piano lessons in the 3rd grade, and have been playing ever since. I love it!
