About Mrs. Grant

I am a 1988 graduate of Wade Hampton High School, Greenville, SC.

I am a 1994 graduate of Columbia College, Columbia, SC. I also have graduate work from Furman University for Emotional Disabilities, Southern Weselyn University for Middle School Education, and Clemson University for Learning Disabilities.

This is my 25th year at Mauldin Middle. I have previously taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades at Woodland Elementary School.

I live in Taylors.  I have one daughter, Lauren and one granddaughter, Violet Rose. I have 2 cats: Penny Lane and Berlioz.

I enjoy gardening, art, history, mysteries, reading, and music. I enjoy drinking coffee and listening to the birds in the mornings. My newest hobby is making soap and bath products. I collect flamingos and unicorns.

I finally learned how to knit, and have made several scarfs and bags. I love to travel and spend time with my family. Football rules at my house! I pull for the Clemson Tigers.
