My name is Hannah Jackson. This will be my eighth year teaching, all as a Bryson Bear! I taught third grade for seven years and this will be my first year teaching second. I am so excited and ready for this new journey in second grade! 

I was born and raised in Simpsonville, South Carolina. I have always dreamed of becoming a teacher. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Administration and Supervision from Anderson University. 

My husband, Cody and I have been married for three years. We have a dog named Lady, and we have a one year old daughter. Her name is Lyla. In my spare time, I love to read and travel with my family. 

I love getting to know families and building lasting relationships with my students. One of my favorite parts about teaching is seeing former students come back and share their successes with me. I am looking forward to working together to make this the best year in second grade!
