About Me

Hello, I’m grateful that you’ve stopped by our page. My name is Torrey Johnson and I am the instructor here at Golden Strip Career Center since Spring 2017. My goal is to teach each student that enters this program character, shop ethics, and how to get and keep a great welding job. I have strong ambitions to instruct students to learn the trade of welding that has the potential to change lives financially forever. I’ve been welding since 2002 and it has changed my life. After learning that this craft is used in almost every aspect of everyday life, I knew it was for me. Let's build a future from this golden opportunity at Golden Strip Career Center!
