My name is Ms. Neely Griffith, and I’m so excited to be your child’s Special Education teacher for grades 3–5 at Berea Elementary School! My classroom is built on relationships, routines, and respect, and I believe that every child can succeed when they feel supported, valued, and encouraged to be their best self. I love finding new ways to connect schools, families, and communities to support student success.
Before teaching, I spent over a decade in Human Resources and Business Operations, where I developed a love for helping people grow through structure, teamwork, and encouragement. I now bring those same skills into my classroom to support each student’s academic, social, and emotional development.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business from Clemson University and my masters degree in Organizational Leadership from North Greenville University. Outside of school, I enjoy coaching volleyball, exploring Greenville’s local spots, playing sand volleyball, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with friends and family.
I truly believe every child has a purpose, and I’m honored to help them grow and discover their strengths each day.
