The student must:
Submit the teacher's Retake/Redo Request Form within five school days of the grade being posted.

Have submitted all minor assignments associated with the instructional unit. (please check backpack to be sure you have no NHIs)
Complete teacher-directed remediation or relearning before reassessment. (I will give you some more practice before you retake the assessment)
Coordinate the reassessment with the teacher during an agreed-upon intervention time. (This will need to be arranged to retake before school)
Student can only retake Major assessments once.
*The highest score will be recorded in the gradebook.
