About Me

I am so excited about my new position as a sixth grade ELA teacher. I have taught more than 20 years in many different grades and subjects but middle school English is my favorite. I am a native West Virginian and also received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from WVU. Go Mountaineers! I have two wonderful grown daughters. My youngest lives in Morgantown and my oldest lives nearby. She introduced me to Greenville and the Swamp Rabbit Trail and I fell in love with the area immediately, and am glad to now call it home. I am looking forward to working with students, parents, staff, and the community of Greenville Middle Academy. Let's make this the best year ever!
