Student Transcript/Records Request Form

Current Greer High students should see their Counselor for requests concerning college applications and scholarships.

*GOVERNMENT ID IS REQUIRED

To obtain a copy an official high school transcript beginning with the Class of 2021 and prior, please email Amy David at the Greenville County School district at adavid@greenville.k12.sc.us or call her at 864-355-7671.  Students will need a copy of their official ID (driver's license or other government issued photo id). 

Greer High graduates over the age of 18 must make the request themselves. Parent requests will not be processed. Fax requests will not be processed. 

This form must be completed in full for all requests to be processed. Transcripts will not be processed until payment is received. Record request will be processed within five (5) business days from the receipt date of the completed request form. There is a $5.00 charge for each request.

All 2025 graduates, college/university transcripts will be sent via SchooLinks during the school year via the student's counselor.
