Dear Gator Families,
As we enter our final full week before Winter Break, we are looking forward to a busy and festive week filled with learning, celebrations, and special events. Thank you for your continued partnership as we work to close out the semester strong.
Below is a snapshot of important events for the week of December 15th:

Parent Check-In Procedures for K–2: Parents attending parties in K, 1st, or 2nd should complete the visitor form to support safety measures and expedite early dismissals on the 19th.

Important to Note: Students will be counted for a full day of attendance, regardless of an early dismissal. K-2nd grade students will be signed out from their classroom. Older siblings being signed out will be coordinated at the main atrium.

The wiffle ball tournament, originally scheduled for Saturday, December 6th, has been postponed to January due to field conditions. More information to come soon regarding the exact date.

Prior to winter break, be sure to check our school lost and found for your child's missing times. Lost and found will be available beginning Tuesday, December 16. All remaining items after Friday, December 19th will be donated. Thank you!
Rising Kindergarten Registration
Rising Kindergarten Registration
Early Bird Registration for the 2026-27 school year will be open December 1-5, 2025. Registration will continue beyond these dates.
PLEASE REGISTER NOW so schools have correct number of teachers and all preparations are made to welcome your child!
Children who will be five years old on or before September 1 of the current year must enroll in public or private kindergarten unless the parent or legal guardian signs a waiver (Kindergarten Non-Attendance Form). This form must be completed and signed by administration at the child’s homebased school. Any child who will be six years old on or before September 1 of the current year must enroll in first grade. Students who are currently enrolled in a GCS 4K or 5K program do not need to register.
Parents should set up a Backpack account, then click on “Enroll A Student” and follow the instructions.
