Ms. Belt

This is my 31st year teaching. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades. I have been at Tigerville for the past 23 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Furman University and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in writing from Clemson University. 

I’ve grown up and still live in Travelers Rest.  It is a true blessing to teach in the area that I’ve called home all of my life.

I have three grown children. I have twin sons, Brad and Blake. I also have a daughter, Catherine who is married to Zach.  I am the proud grandmother of Miller, Jaxon, Madi-Rae, and  Kensington.  I have a dog, Lily. 

I love all kinds of crafts and spending time with my family.
