Robert E. Cashion Elementary or REC with student name in memo.
We can also accept Cash if necessary.
Payments made by Check or Cash MUST be placed in an envelope with child's name and placed in the Extended Day Program Gray metal box in front office, to the LEFT of the television. All payments Must be in the payment box OR handed directly to EDP staff on Friday.
THERE WILL BE NO MONETARY REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
Families pay for what they signed up for; full week, half-week, or one day. If your child is sick, on vacation, etc. you are still responsible for your regular EDP payment to hold your spot in the program.
You may choose to make your EDP payments for 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or the entire year.
Payments MUST be made 1 week in advance.
Payments received after Monday will have a 10.00 late fee added to that week's tuition fee.
