Course Description: In this course students will build on what they learned in French 1 and expand both their vocabulary and their ability to speak in the present tense. Students will also learn the composed past tense (le passé composé ) to describe events that occurred in the past. Our units of study are "My House", "My Routine", "My Errands/Shopping" and "My Meals". By the end of the course, students will be able to describe different types of homes, discuss their daily routines using reflexive verbs (les verbes pronominaux), chat about errands/shopping in both the present and past tense, state food preferences, and compare and contrast food from different Francophone cultures.
