Welcome to 1^st Grade! My name is Erica Larson, and I am very excited to be your child’s first grade teacher! This will be my sixth year teaching 1^st grade at Skyland Elementary! I graduated from Clemson University in 2016 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. In December 2021, I graduated from North Greenville University with my Master's degree in Education. I am so happy to be part of the Skyland family and to help your child reach his or her fullest potential!

I grew up in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with my mom, dad, and two younger brothers, John and Jackson. Jackson is a charter boat captain in Hilton Head. John recently graduated from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and works in Greenville. I am very thankful to have grown up in a beautiful place with such a supportive and loving family, and I love to go home and visit!

I believe that my classroom should be a positive, productive, and personalized environment where all students can learn and succeed.
