My name is Eric Means and along with being your student's teacher this semester I am also the Testing Coordinator and Freshman Academy Coordinator at Southside High School. I grew up in Missouri and moved to Greenville, SC almost 10 years ago. I attended the University of Missouri where I received a Bachelors degree in History and a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction (GO TIGERS!!!). I later received my second Masters degree in Administration from the University of South Carolina (both schools are based in a "Columbia", ironic).

I am so excited to be part of the Southside family and look forward to a great school year. In my free time I enjoy being outside in the yard, fishing, hunting, and sometimes relaxing.
