With more than 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide a supportive, client-centered environment where children, adolescents, and families can feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome life's challenges.
Currently serving at Woodland Elementary, I specialize in helping clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and build confidence through evidence-based, developmentally appropriate interventions. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and incorporates a variety of modalities, including Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Humanistic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy.
In addition, I have specialized training in the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), allowing me to effectively support children and families impacted by trauma while equipping caregivers with practical tools to foster positive relationships and healthy development.
